9. Location Data
We may collect and process information about your actual location. When you use the “Running” or other GPS-based exercise features, we use GPS technology to determine your current location to map your route, calculate distance, and provide pace analytics. We do not share this location data with third parties without your explicit consent.
10.Health Data Policy
To provide a comprehensive view of your fitness and physical well-being, JBA AI requests access to your health data through Google Health Connect (for Android devices) and Apple Health / HealthKit (for iOS devices).
We strictly adhere to the Health Data Policies of both Google Play and the Apple App Store:
Data Collected: We request read access to data such as steps, heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep patterns, active/total calories burned, distance, weight, height, speed, power, and other vitals or body measurements.
Purpose of Use: Your health data is securely synced and used exclusively to display health metrics within the JBA AI application. We do not use your health data for advertising purposes.
No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your health data with any data brokers, advertising networks, or third parties for commercial use.
User Control: You retain full control over your data. You can disconnect and revoke JBA AI’s access at any time directly within the app, or via your Android device’s Health Connect settings / iOS device’s Apple Health settings.
